Competition rules
- By entering into the Nestlé Bar One® and Kit Kat® Competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.
- This competition is limited to residents of South Africa, and with the exception of the following people
2.1 directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited and organisers of the Competition.
2.2 people who are not legal residents and legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa;
2.3 spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 2.1 above; and
2.4. persons under the age of 18 years.
- The competition commences from 1 FEBRUARY 2012 until 30 APRIL 2012. No entries received after 30 APRIL 2012 will be considered.
- Winning entrants can win 1 (one) of 122 (one hundred and twenty two) cash prizes varying from R 200.00 to R50 000.00.

- Each sms costs R0.20 (twenty cents) No free airtime entries apply.
- Winners are determined by a random draw.
- All valid entries submitted will be eligible to win a prize.
- At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call from a representative of Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited at which point he/she may be required to provide his/her ID and/or driver’s license to the Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited representative. The potential prize winner will also be required to provide his / her banking details in order for the prize money to be transferred into his / her account. Competition rules
- By entering into the Take a Walk down No.1 Quality Street® Competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.
- The Competition is open to everyone except the following people:

6.4 Gateway Theatre of Shopping: 20 – 24 December; and
6.5 N1 City Mall: 20 – 24 December Participants must then enter their names and contact information in the Apple iPad® made available at the various shopping malls on the abovementioned dates.
- Winners will be determined through a random draw that will take place on the following dates and they shall be informed on these dates:
7.1. Centurion Shopping Centre 30 November
7.2 Eastgate Shopping centre participants – 21 December;
7.3 Canal Walk Shopping centre participants 21 December;
7.4 Gateway Theatre of Shopping participants – 9 January 2012; and

- The prize winner will be notified telephonically. Potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/her documents are completed and submitted to Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited and/or Fusion Partnership Packages. In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions by the potential prize winner, the prize will be forfeited and the runner-up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to all conditions herein.
- To obtain the name of the prize winner (available after 15 December 2011), send an email to consumer.services@za.nestle.com or call 08600 96116.
- Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner through a third party (dependant on the winner's location). Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited may participate in the hand-over process.
- The prize is not transferable. No substitution, cash redemption or assignment of prize is permitted, but the organisers of the Competition reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value for any reason.
- Entrants determined to be entering the Competition on a professional basis may be disqualified.
- Winners may be required to appear on television or radio, in print publications, or online sites to endorse, promote or advertise the goods or services of Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited. Winners of the Competition shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering into the Competition, entrants agree to abide by the rules.
