The value of milk

Ideal is a popular, full cream and unsweetened concentrated cow’s milk with the unique taste. The milk is concentrated through evaporation, with about 50% of the water removed. It is also a convenient substitute for fresh or UHT milk -- simply dilute it with an equal amount of water.
