2001: In South Africa, MILO was enriched with B Vitamins.

2007: Locally, MILO was further improved through the addition of ACTIGEN-E, a unique combination of 8 vitamins and 4 minerals, which help to optimise release of sustained energy from food.

MILO and ACTIGEN-E

MILO has recently been enriched with ACTIGEN-E. This is a breakthrough new combination of vitamins and minerals that acts as a slow-release agent, promoting the optimal release of energy from the carbohydrates, proteins and fats in foods. So, by eating the correct foods and by drinking MILO regularly, one will be able to keep performing at one’s best throughout the day.

This new and improved MILO formulation is ideal for active kids. Not only do they love the taste of MILO, they can now be assured of being energised throughout the day. This is extremely important for kids who lead busy and active lifestyles – they need extraordinary energy to do extraordinary things

Components of ACTIGEN-E
B Vitamin Complex

Vit C (Ascorbic Acid) Increases the absorption of dietary iron from the intestine to the body.
Iron Essential in transporting oxygen from the lungs to the tissues for storage: significant in the oxidative production of energy.
Calcium Essential in cellular metabolism, involved in muscle contraction, transmission of impulses in nerves, blood clotting mechanisms and enzyme activation.
