By participating in this competition, participants agree to the rules set out below.

  1. Introduction
    • Participation in this Competition is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Rules”).
    • Participants are encouraged to review the Rules before entering into the Competition and acknowledge that they been given an appropriate opportunity to do so and that they understand and accept these Rules.
    • This competition is operated by Nestle South Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“Nestlé”) in conjunction with TMARC (the “Promoters”).
    • Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.

  2. By participating in this Competition, Participants agree to the rules set out below.
  3. This Competition is limited to residents of South Africa. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition:
    • Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of the Promoters.
    • People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
    • Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.
    • Persons under the age of 18 years.
  4. The Competition shall commence on 20 March 2017 and will end on 30 April 2017. No entries received after 30 April 2017 will be considered.
  5. Mechanics
    To participate in this Competition, Participants must adhere to the following:
    1. Buy any one original and one additional flavour of the participating products, i.e. any original product as well as a flavour variant in the Nescafé Cappuccino Range, during the promotional period, dial *120*2676# and follow the prompts. Please do not send SMSes to the number set out above.
    2. Winners will be determined by random draw throughout the promotion.
    3. Participants may enter the competition as many times as they wish over the promotional period, provided that Participants purchase the participating products each time and complete the competition entry, subject to the following conditions:
      • All entries from disqualified participants’ mobile numbers will be rejected
      • Only one prize per household and per person
      • No computer-based entries will be accepted
  6. The Prize:
    Participants in this Competition stand a chance to win 1 of 55 prizes, being:
    • 50 x R1000 Edcon Red Square Vouchers; and
    • 5 X R10 000 Shopping Spree Cards.
  7. How to claim your prize:
    • At the time when a potential prize winner is identified through a random computer generated draw, the potential prize winner will receive a call from a representative of Nestlé or a partner agency of Nestlé on the number used to enter the competition. Upon receipt of the call the potential prize winner may be required to provide his / her email address (if available), work telephone number (if available) and a copy of his / her ID book and / or driver’s licence to a representative from Nestlé. At the time of the telephone call, the potential prize winner may be required to answer several questions about his / her eligibility and may be required to provide proof of purchase. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the runner-up finalist. A potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his / her submission is validated and his / her documents are completed and submitted to Nestlé.
    • Potential winners have 48 hours to produce the required documentation before they forfeit the prize.
    • In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions by the potential prize winner, the prize will be forfeited and the runner-up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to all conditions herein.
    • If Nestlé, the organisers of the competition and/or the promoters are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners within 72 hours of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winner will be disqualified and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
    • The eligible winners will have their prizes couriered to them by a representative of Nestlé or a partner agency of Nestlé based on the information they will have shared via the above mentioned telephonic conversation.
  8. General
    • The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • The Promoters may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable the Promoters to ensure compliance with these Rules. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these Rules, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Winners may also be required to sign acceptance of prizes and indemnity documents.
    • The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption of prizes is permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
    • The Promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the prize with any other prize of comparable or greater commercial value for whatever reason.
    • By entering this Competition you authorise the Promoters to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of Participants for communication or statistical purposes. You are entitled to decline any marketing communication by emailing consumer.services@za.nestle.com . Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and Nestlé’s privacy policy.
    • Participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes. Participants shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request. Participants that take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the Promoters.
    • Nothing in these Rules is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the Participant or the Promoters in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 ("CPA").
    • All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading and accepting these Rules, the Participants give consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoters, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Competition and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries and losses are sustained as a result of the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any of the Promoters.
    • The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors accept no responsibility and they will not, in any circumstances, be liable to compensate the Participants, or accept any liability for: (a) any inability by the Participant to use the prize in part or at all; (b) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any venue(s) in relation to the prize; or (c) any personal loss or injury occurring at any venue(s) arising, directly or indirectly, out of the use of the prize.
    • The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any prize nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves.
    • The Promoters reserve the right to terminate or extend the Competition at any time. In the event of such termination or extension, all Participants agree to waive (give up) any rights that they may have in terms of the Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoters, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agents.
    • By entering the Competition, Participants acknowledge that the Promotion will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the CPA. Participants undertake to expeditiously do all things necessary to enable the Promoters to comply with their obligations under the CPA including, but not limited to providing such personal information as may be required in order to facilitate handing over the prize to the Participant. Should any Participant refuse or be unable to comply with this requirement, the Participant shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
    • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Rules, the Promoters reserve the right to amend, modify, change, postpone suspend or cancel this Competition, the Rules and any prize (which has not yet been allocated), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoters deem necessary. At the end of the Competition for whatsoever reason, all of the Promoters’ obligations in regard to the Competition as well as in regard to the prizes shall cease to exist.
    • These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any Participant and Nestlé consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.

Nestlé Cooking Milks Easter Campaign Competition  

By participating in this competition, participants agree to the rules set out below.

  1. The promoter is Nestlé South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
  2. The promotional competition is open to all South African legal residents and/or legal citizens in possession of a valid identity document and who are over the age of 18 years.
  3. No director, employee, merchandiser, agent or consultant of the Promoter or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this promotion may participate.
  4. The promotion starts on 16 March 2017 and ends at midnight on 14 April 2017. No entries received after 14 April 2017 will be accepted.
  5. ENTRY
  6. To enter into this promotion, participants will be required to purchase any of the following Nestlé Culinary Milks products during the promotional period at any stockist of the products in South Africa:

  7. Participants will have 2 (two) opportunities to win:
    • Upon purchasing one of the products set out above, participants must then SMS the last 4 digits of the product barcode and their name to 48485 to Stand a chance to win 1 of 10 daily Yuppiechef vouchers valued at R450 each every day for 30 days. Please note that in order to enter the competition, participants will be required to provide a scanned copy of their till slip as proof of purchase. SMSes are charged at R1 per entry. Free SMSes do not apply. Each participant may enter the competition multiple times by submitting a different till slip on entry. Please note that there is a maximum entry limit of 3 entries per participant per week (i.e. a participant can only enter the competition 3 times within a 7 day period).
    • In addition, to stand a chance to win 1 of 12 cash prizes worth R2 000 each, participants must also visit our Nestlé Cook With Love Facebook page, share the competition poster and comment on the competition post with #BakeWithLove.
  8. PRIZES
  9. Participants stand a chance to win the following prizes:
    • 1 of 10 daily Yuppiechef vouchers valued at R450 each (a total of 300 vouchers to be given away for the duration of the promotional period);
    • R2000 Cash Prizes (2 cash prizes per week for 6 weeks, amounting to a total of 12 cash prizes for the duration of the promotional period).
  10. HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRICE IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE WINNING PARTICIPANTS
  11. Yuppiechef Voucher Winners
    • YuppieChef Vouchers will be awarded randomly.
    • After following the entry process set out in 6.1 above, winners of Yuppiechef vouchers will receive a reply message with their Yuppiechef voucher and an online link to follow to complete their purchase.
    • To redeem his/her voucher, the potential winner will need to click on the website link provided and follow the steps provided to complete the verification process. Once the potential winner has completed the aforesaid verification process, the potential winner will be able to use their unique electronic code to purchase a product (to the value of the voucher, being R450) on the Yuppiechef.com website. Where a winning participant wishes to purchase a product of greater value than the value of the voucher, such winning participant will be required to pay the difference between the purchase price of the product purchased and the value of their voucher. Each Yuppiechef voucher will expire on 31 August 2017.
  12. Cash Prize Winners
    • Cash prizes will be awarded randomly.
    • A winning participant whose name has been drawn randomly for sharing and commenting on the Nestlé Cook with Love Facebook page will be contacted by TCC Fusion to inform them that they have won the R2000 Cash Prize. If the participant cannot, for any reason, be reached after 3 attempts to reach them within a period of 3 business days, the cash prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in his/her place. During the aforesaid interaction with TCC Fusion, TCC Fusion will request the participant to provide his/her ID copy or valid passport. The ID copy or valid passport may be emailed to TCC Fusion at callcentre@tccfusion.co.za or sent via WhatsApp to 0714704329 or faxed to 086 733 8659. This must be done within 48 hours of the participant being contacted by TCC Fusion. Once the participant's ID or passport copy is received by TCC Fusion, the participant will be contacted on their cell number and informed of arrangements for them to receive the prize of R2000.   14. TCC Fusion will be managing all rewards throughout the promotion.
  15. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed or electronically corrupt entries for any reason whatsoever.

  17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claim if fraud or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.

  1. By entering into the Choose Wellness, Choose NESTLÉ: Competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.
  2. This competition is open to all residents and/or citizens of South Africa over the age of 18 years (any persons under the age of 18 years must have their parent/guardian’s permission before entering). However, the following persons are not eligible to enter: directors; members; business partners; employees; sales agents; advertising agency staff; advisors; or consultants of Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd (Nestlé), its associated companies, service providers and the immediate family members of these persons (including their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers and sisters) and any other person who is controlled directly or indirectly by Nestlé, as well as the associated companies of entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph, including holding companies and subsidiaries, their employees, agents, subsidiaries and consultants.
  3. Participants or entrants younger than 18 years must have the consent of their parents or legal guardians to enter the competition. Where a winner is younger than 18 years, that winner’s prize will only be released to their parent or guardian.

  9. Entry costs 20c for 20 seconds as per USSD entry. Free minutes do not apply. Incomplete entries may be billed by your service provider. Nestlé shall not be responsible for telecommunication failure on the part of the participant’s service provider.
  10. Each Participant must enter the competition on a phone that is owned and registered to that person. No person can use another person’s phone for competition entry purposes. If it is discovered that a participant has entered the competition using a phone that is not registered to him/her, then he/she will be disqualified and the participant will be requested to refund their prize to promoter. This is to avoid fraud and to ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
  11. Winners will be contacted only on the cellphone number they used to enter the competition. No single person can enter the competition using multiple cellphone numbers. This is to avoid additional fraud being conducted by multiple SIM card owners.
  12. Participants may enter the competition as many times as they choose over the promotional period to increase their chances of winning, provided that participants purchase one of the products set out in paragraph 6 each time and complete the competition entry process set out above, and subject to the following conditions:
    • all entries received from disqualified participants’ cellphone numbers will be rejected;
    • each household is only eligible to win one prize in this competition;

  7. How to claim your prize:

The participant will then be successfully entered into the competition. Please do not send SMSes to the number set out above.
  10. The products mentioned above may be purchased at any store that stocks NESPRAY in South Africa.
  11. USSD entries cost 20c per 20 seconds. Free minutes do not apply. Incomplete entries may be billed by your service provider. The promoter shall not be responsible for telecommunication failure on the part of the participant’s service provider.
  12. Each participants must enter on a phone that is owned and registered to that person. No person can use another person’s phone for competition entry purposes. If it is discovered that a participant has entered the competition using a phone that is not registered to him/her, then he/she will be disqualified and the participant will be requested to return their prize to promoter. This is to avoid fraud and ensure compliance to the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Nestlé MILO Back to School promotion

Nestlé MILO Summer Promotion  

By participating in this competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.

  1. This competition is limited to residents of South Africa. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this competition:
    • Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of Nestlé (South Africa) Proprietary Limited (“Nestlé”) and the organisers of the Competition.
    • People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
    • Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.
    • Persons under the age of 18 years.
  2. The competition shall commence on 16 January 2017 and will end at midnight on 28 February 2017. No entries received after 28 February 2017 will be considered.
  3. Mechanics
    To participate in this competition, entrants must adhere to the following:
    • Retailer Mechanic:
      • Buy ANY MILO 125g, 250g or 500g product.
      • Dial *120*6652*last4digitsofbarcode# and follow the prompts.
      • Entry costs 20c/20secs as per USSD entry. Free minutes do not apply.
    • Potential winners will be selected from a random draw.
    • Participants may enter the competition as many times as they wish over the promotional period, provided that participants purchase the participating products each time, subject to the following conditions:
      • All entries from disqualified participants’ cellphone numbers will be rejected
      • Only one prize per household and per person
    • The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • No substitution or cash redemption of non-cash prizes is permitted. Prizes are not transferable.
    • Participants must enter on a phone that is owned and registered to that person. No other person can use another person’s phone for competition entry purposes. If it is discovered that participants have entered of a phone that is not registered to them they will be disqualified and the entrant will be requested to refund the prizes to promoter. This is to avoid fraud and to ensure compliance to the CPA.
    • Therefore each entrant is expected to be the owner of that phone and no singular person can enter off of another mobile phone number. This is to avoid additional fraud being conducted by multiple SIM card owners.
    • The cellphone number is key to all entries, if the entrant has won on a cellphone number they cannot use another number in order to be contacted further, this number needs to be a number that is contactable during office hours.
    • Each entrant is expected to have purchased the brand and be able to produce a valid till slip if requested by Nestle.
  4. The Prize:
    Participants in this competition stand a chance to win:
    • 42 x R2000 Sportsmans Warehouse Vouchers:
      • The winners will be selected randomly and notified telephone call confirming that they have won a voucher. The potential winners will be given 48 hours to produce their proof of purchase (till slip). If the potential winner cannot produce a valid till slip they will forfeit the prize.
      • Only one prize per household
    • There are also 2100 instant airtime prizes to be won:
      • Winners of the Airtime Prizes will receive an instant notification of the value of the airtime they have won on entering cellular phone number. Airtime Prizes may only be redeemed by PRE-PAID account holders only. Winners with contract accounts can transfer the Airtime Prize to any other Pre-Paid number of their choice.
      • Airtime is available for the following Networks – Vodacom / MTN / Cell C / Virgin Mobile and 8ta.
      • An SMS with the airtime voucher will be sent to the cellular phone number used to enter the competition
      • Airtime vouchers are valid for 90 days
    • There are 680 cash prizes to be won:
      • The following process will be followed to redeem cash prizes: the winners will be notified instantaneously via 2 x SMS's – one from TMARC confirming the fact they have won; one from ABSA within 48 hours. The TMARC SMS will confirm the amount and an Authorisation PIN of 6 digits. The ABSA SMS will confirm the 10 digit Withdrawal Access number as well as the amount. Winners go to any ABSA ATM, push CASHSEND Option and follow the prompts. Both the Authorisation PIN and the Withdrawal Access number are required to complete the transaction. Winners who win more than R3000.00 will have the money deposited directly into the account of their choosing
      • Once TMARC and ABSA have confirmed the dispatch of codes to the winning number and confirmed the redemption of the cash from the ABSA ATM, the consumer will have no further claim against the Promoter or the Agency regarding the Prize. If the consumer did not personally withdraw the money, the consumer must open a case to investigate further.
      • Cash Send vouchers are valid for 90 days
  5. How to claim your prize:
    • At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call from a representative of Nestlé or a partner agency of Nestlé at which point he/she may be required to answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility as well as be requested to submit certain documents such as proof of purchase (receipts) and a copy of his/her ID and/or driver’s license to the Nestlé representative.
    • The potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/her documents are completed and submitted to Nestlé. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
    • If Nestlé or the organisers of the competition are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners within 72 hours of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winner will be disqualified and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
    • Eligible winners will have their prizes delivered to them by a representative of Nestlé or a partner agency of Nestlé based on the information they will have shared via the above mentioned telephonic conversation.
  6. General
    • The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • Nestle may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Nestlé to ensure compliance with these rules. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Winners may also be required to sign acceptance of prizes and indemnity documents.
    • The prize/s are not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption of prizes is permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
    • Nestlé reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with any other prize of comparable or greater commercial value for whatever reason.
    • By entering this competition you authorise Nestlé and the promoter, to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes. You are entitled to decline any marketing communication by emailing consumer.services@za.nestle.com OR Dial *130*7445*1#. Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and Nestlé’s privacy policy.
    • The winner or participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes. Winners or participants shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request.
