  1. By entering into the NESTLE NESPRAY Win a SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 3 Lite PROMOTION, entrants agree to the rules set out below.
  2. This competition is open to all residents or citizens of Namibia, Swaziland, Lesotho or Botswana over the age of eighteen (18) years (any persons under the age of eighteen (18) must have their parent/guardian’s permission before entering). However, the following persons are not eligible to enter: directors; members; business partners; employees; sales agents; advertising agency staff; advisors; or consultants of Nestle, its associated companies, service providers and the immediate family members of these persons (including their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers and sisters) and any other person who is controlled directly or indirectly by Nestle, as well as the associated companies of entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph, including holding companies and subsidiaries, their employees, agents, subsidiaries and consultants.
  3. The Competition will commence on Friday, 15 January 2016 and end on Thursday, 31 March 2016. No entries received after midnight on 31 March 2016 will be considered.
  4. To participate in the Competition and stand a chance to win a SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, each participant must:
    1. Purchase any NESPRAY pack, including NESPRAY Tummy Ease
    2. The product mentioned above may be purchased at selected stores featuring the promotional communication.
    3. Participants must fill in their details, including till slip number on the entry forms provided in store and deposit the entry form into the competition box provided.
  5. Each store will draw their prize winners after the promotion is complete and contact the winners directly for collection of the prize.
  6. There are 36 participating stores in total. Each store has one SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 3 Lite available.
  7. The prize winners will be notified telephonically. Upon receipt of the call the potential prize winner may be required to provide his / her physical address for the prize to be awarded or delivered to their home / work place, email address (if available), work telephone number (if available) and a copy of his / her ID book and / or driver’s license to a representative from Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited. At the time of the telephone call, the potential prize winner may be required to answer several questions about his / her eligibility. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the runner-up finalist. Potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his / her submission is validated and his / her documents are completed and submitted to Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited. In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions by the potential prize winner, the prize will be forfeited and the runner-up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to all conditions herein.

  1. By entering into the NESPRAY WIN A SHARE OF R1 000 000 PROMOTION, entrants agree to the rules set out below.
  2. Eligible participants stand a chance to win a share of R1million in Liberty investments. There are 20 investments to the value of R50 000 each available.
  3. This competition is open to all South African residents or South African Citizens over the age of eighteen (18) years (any persons under the age of eighteen (18) must have their parent/guardian’s permission before entering). However, the following persons are not eligible to enter: directors; members; business partners; employees; sales agents; advertising agency staff; advisors; or consultants of Nestle, its associated companies, service providers and the immediate family members of these persons (including their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers and sisters) and any other person who is controlled directly or indirectly by Nestle, as well as the associated companies of entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph, including holding companies and subsidiaries, their employees, agents, subsidiaries and consultants.

  5. The Competition will commence on 15 January 2016 and end on 31 March 2016. No entries received after midnight on 31 March 2016 will be considered.
  6. To participate in the Competition, each participant must:
    Purchase any pack of NESPRAY or NESPRAY Tummy Ease. Dial *120*304050# and follow the prompts for qualifying questions which will include barcode of purchased NESPRAY product, an ID number (or part thereof) and answers to simple questions about the participant or his/ her family. The participant will then be entered into the competition. Do not SMS to this number.
    1. The product mentioned above may be purchased at any store in South Africa.
    2. USSD entries cost 20c per 20 seconds. Free minutes do not apply. Incomplete entries may be billed by your service provider. The Promoter shall not be responsible for telecommunication failure on the part of the Participant’s service provider. Participants may enter as many times as they choose to increase their chances of winning. Entrants are only eligible to win ONE of the available 20 Liberty Investments.
    3. Winners may be requested to provide proof of purchase.
  7. The draw will take place on 30 April 2016 at the Nestlé Head Office in Bryanston.
  8. The first 20 eligible entrants randomly drawn will each win ONE of twenty Liberty Investment policies to the value of R50 000. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
  9. The prize winners will be notified telephonically on the number used to enter the competition. Upon receipt of the call the potential prize winner may be required to provide his / her email address (if available), work telephone number (if available) and a copy of his / her ID book and / or driver’s licence to a representative from Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited. In a case where the winner opts to take one of the unit trust options available, FICA documents will have to be provided. Promoter will not be liable for any losses caused by incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identification and banking details before redeeming the prize. No cash or cheques will be issued.
  11. If Nestlé, the organisers of the competition and the Promoters are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners within 72 hours of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winner will be disqualified and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.

  1. The promoter is Nestlé South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
  2. The promotional competition is open to all South African residents in possession of a valid identity document and who are over the age of 18 years.

  5. ENTRY

  14. Should the winner not be available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made to arrange and deliver the prize. Should the winner not be available after the second attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn.
  15. Winners may be required to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Nestlé to ensure compliance with these rules. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Winners may also be required to sign acceptance of prizes and indemnity documents.
