Next is a series of interviews with our Human Resources team and then the appropriate line manager. We will be looking at your potential fit with our culture as well as exploring your achievements and motivations.
Applicants for the graduate programme who excel at the interviewing stage will be invited to an Assessment Centre. Here you will be assessed alongside other candidates where you’ll have an opportunity to demonstrate your skills and abilities to make a lasting impression.
You will receive our hearty congratulations for reaching this stage, followed by a warm welcome to the Nestle team. It usually takes about two months to get to this stage.
Our induction programmes vary from market to market, however, they all include a welcome to your department, an overview of our business and an introduction to your function and role objectives. We will offer you all the support you need to succeed in your chosen field.
